Happy New Year

 Thank goodness 2011 is over. We have had one very unusual year and we are very glad to see this year come to an end. While there were many challenges in 2011 there were equally as many successes. As is normally the case with a top notch team and people, when things get difficult and challenging the good team rises to meet the challenge.

New Year is one of my favorite times of the year. Not because I want to be older or rush my time away, but because the New Year is a great time to reflect and challenge yourself. It is the reset button of life. It's true, you can't change what has already happened, but you can learn from what has and refocus goals and directions. If you find that the wind of opportunity is blowing you off course, stop and realize the you may just need to readjust you sail.... If we focus on the negative and the challenges, we loose the competitive drive and attitude to achieve our goals.
